Joe was raised in Potosi, WI, where he graduated as valedictorian before earning a bachelor’s degree in biology with minors in physics and Spanish from UW–Whitewater, followed by a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Carroll University. For over a decade, he served patients in orthopedic surgery, earning recognition as a top performer in patient satisfaction and ranking among the top 10% of healthcare providers nationwide.
Today, Joe has transitioned into the financial industry, partnering with his father-in-law, Ned Gillette, to deliver exceptional service and long-term strategies for clients’ financial well-being. He remains passionate about helping people achieve their goals—whether that’s building financial security or navigating life’s big decisions. Drawing on his healthcare background, Joe brings the same precision, trust, and care to financial planning that he once applied in the operating room. His experience taught him the value of listening and problem-solving, skills he now uses to create personalized strategies that empower clients to live well—physically, financially, and personally.
His mission is simple: to guide individuals and families toward financial confidence and freedom through personalized, transparent, and relationship-driven planning.
Joe holds his Series 7 and 66 registrations and was recognized as the MVP of his cohort in Baird’s Fall 2025 Financial Advisor Training Program.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys time with his wife, Kacia, and their two sons, Jordy and Trace. He loves coaching youth sports and exploring the outdoors through hunting, fishing, kayaking, skiing, and hiking.
